The Seashore Condo Motel is conveniently located in Ocean Bay Park, Fire Island just steps from the Ferry, beach and Great South Bay. Our comfortable, air-conditioned (private bath) motel rooms provide you with all the comforts you expect for a relaxing and carefree beach vacation.

Our discriminating guests enjoy the beautiful views of the Great South Bay, quiet surroundings and proximity to ocean beaches and restaurants. The Seashore Condo Motel is centrally located to many Fire Island attractions including Ocean Beach (less than 1 mile west), the Sunken Forest (1 mile east) and a 15 minute water taxi ride to Cherry Grove and The Pines.

All of our rooms have private bath, air conditioning, satellite TV, refrigerators, microwaves and coffee pots. Some contain small kitchenettes. Rooms are available with 1 queen bed, 1 full bed or 2 twin beds. There is a maximum occupancy of 2 people per room. The Seashore Condo Motel also has a beautiful two-bedroom suite with a maximum occupancy of 6 people. Rates for the suite are available upon request.
