Cancellation Policy
If you
have to cancel your reservation the following
cancellation fees apply:
more
than 30 days prior to arrival 10 % but at least 1 nights
charge
within
30 days prior to arrival 20 % but at least 1 nights
charge
within
3 days prior to arrival 20 % but at least 3 nights
charge
There
will be no refund for no shows or shorter stays unless
the reservation was cancelled or changed in time (at
least 20 business days prior to arrival).
Cancellations need to be received by our office at least
20 business days prior to arrival date. We cannot
guarantee any refund for later cancellation requests.
ALL cancellations need to be made in writing and be sent
to
Reception@SeashoreCondoMotel.com.
It would be advisable to follow up with a phone call.
After
canceling a reservation we will send you a confirmation
of the cancellation by email and refund the amount of
the reservation less the applicable cancellation fee to
the previously provided credit card.
We do not
take any responsibility for cancellation fees resulting
from mistakes, the weather, family emergencies, or with
wrong dates or information.

Only if a cancellation request is made within 30 minutes
after the reservation was made can it be cancelled free
of cost.
