1.) Why do I need to pay a
cancellation fee?
When placing / canceling a reservation costs arise in
addition to us having had to turn away other potential
visitors as well as considering our short summer season.
To be able to offer our rooms at these low
rates we need to be able to work
with low vacancy rates. To apply a cancellation fee is a
common policy with most travel companies and hotels!

How can I receive up to date availability information?
Best is to either email us at

dates or by calling us.

I require more information - how can I get this
information?
You can contact our hotel reservation team at
Reception@SeashoreCondoMotel.com
and they will try to give you the
requested information.
4.)
Before placing a reservation with you I want to know if
the motel has availability

5.) I sent a reservation request, but did not received a
confirmation so far!
General processing time of reservation requests is 2 - 4
business days. From time to time it happens that we
process a reservation and then notice that the customers
email address is incorrect, comes back or cannot take up
any more emails. Please make sure when filling in your
reservation information that your email address is
correct (for example
name@provider.net).
This is very important! We do not take responsibility
for incorrect email addresses!!
6.)
Do you offer any discounts?
All our rates are already calculated as low as possible
and some are discounted moreover (last minute).
Therefore we don't offer additional discounts as
AAA, AARP, senior citizens, travel agents or student
rates. All our rates are only valid with prepayment by
credit card upon confirmation.
